How does the 50% off launch offer work?
Every plan is 50% off for your first 6 months — on monthly and annual billing alike. On monthly billing you pay the discounted rate for six months, then the regular rate. On annual billing the discount is already baked into your first year's total. Cancel anytime either way.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Choose annual billing if you'd like a lower monthly rate.
Which package is right for me?
If you run recurring service routes, choose Maintenance. If you focus on design/build and hardscape projects, choose Hardscape. If you do both — a true Design–Build–Maintenance company — Complete unlocks every feature at a better combined rate than buying the two separately.
Do you integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes. Every plan includes two-way QuickBooks Online sync, so invoices and payments stay reconciled automatically without double entry.
Can my crews use Estima in the field?
Yes. The Estima Crew mobile app installs straight from the browser — no app store needed — and shows each crew their own routes and jobs for the day, even offline. Crew access is available as an add-on on every package.
Can I switch or combine packages later?
Absolutely. Start with Maintenance or Hardscape and move up to Complete anytime as you take on more sides of the business — your data stays exactly where it is.
