Every plan starts with your first month free — no plan charge for your first 30 days, on monthly and annual billing alike. Seasonal Snow is billed November through March, so its free month is the first month you would be billed. After that, the regular price of the plan you chose kicks in and bills monthly or annually. Cancel before the month ends and you owe nothing. Add-ons are billed at their regular rate — the free month applies to the base packages. Offer updated September 2026; anyone already quoted under earlier terms keeps the deal they were given.

Yes — every new account gets hands-on onboarding. During your first month we'll help you transfer your first route or project into Estima (clients, properties, services, and prices), and after that we're available for support whenever you need it.

No. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Choose annual billing if you'd like a lower monthly rate. The one exception is plow-only Snow: it is a seasonal packet billed November through March, so it has no annual rate.

If you run recurring service routes, choose Maintenance. If you focus on design/build and hardscape projects, choose Hardscape. If you do both — a true Design–Build–Maintenance company — Complete unlocks every feature at a better combined rate than buying the two separately. If you price work from plan sets, add Design — it includes the full Hardscape package, which is what a plan takeoff prices against. If you plow, add Snow to whatever you run, or take Snow on its own if winter is all you do.

Design is $350/mo ($310 billed annually) and includes the full Hardscape package — there is no Design without it, because a plan takeoff prices against your hardscape catalog, materials and production rates. Already on Complete? Adding Design is $80, so $475. Snow is $80 on whatever you run: Maintenance + Snow is $280, Hardscape + Snow is $350, Complete + Snow is $475. If plowing is all you do, Snow on its own is $295/mo billed November through March — $1,475 a season. Design and Snow together on Hardscape is $430, and Complete with both is $555. Every specialty is $80 a month whatever you started with, and annual billing takes $30/mo off a one-package packet and $10 more for each package after that.

A sheet read is one page of a plan set that Estima’s AI reads for you — plant schedules, areas, lengths and notes — and turns into estimate line items you review before anything is priced. Design includes 25 sheet reads every month, and most plans take two or three. Re-opening a result you already have, re-uploading the same plan file, and any read that fails never count against them.

Yes. Every plan includes two-way QuickBooks Online sync, so invoices and payments stay reconciled automatically without double entry.

Yes. The Estima Crew mobile app installs straight from the browser — no app store needed — and shows each crew their own routes and jobs for the day, even offline. It's included free on every package, with no per-crew fees.

Two of them are free. Website Leads is included on every package — every lead from your website lands in Estima with instant office alerts, site-visit scheduling with Google Calendar sync, and follow-up tracking. Site Media is included too (250 GB), so you can capture photos, voice notes, and video at the walkthrough, keep them next to the estimate, and share the ones your crew needs. AI Lead Replies ($20/mo) answers new leads within minutes in your company's voice, holding overnight arrivals until your quiet hours end. Text messaging is coming soon ($35/mo): visit confirmations, day-before reminders, and job-done updates by SMS from your own local number. The Estima Crew mobile app isn't an add-on either — it's free on every package. Design and Snow aren't add-ons at all — they're specialties that become part of your packet at $80 a month each.
