Pricing questions, answered
How does the first month free work?
Every plan starts with your first month free — no plan charge for your first 30 days, on monthly and annual billing alike. After that, the regular price of the plan you chose kicks in and bills monthly or annually. Cancel before the month ends and you owe nothing. Add-ons are billed at their regular rate — the free month applies to the base packages. Offer updated September 2026; anyone already quoted under earlier terms keeps the deal they were given.
Do you help me get set up?
Yes — every new account gets hands-on onboarding. During your first month we'll help you transfer your first route or project into Estima (clients, properties, services, and prices), and after that we're available for support whenever you need it.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Choose annual billing if you'd like a lower monthly rate.
Which package is right for me?
If you run recurring service routes, choose Maintenance. If you focus on design/build and hardscape projects, choose Hardscape. If you do both — a true Design–Build–Maintenance company — Complete unlocks every feature at a better combined rate than buying the two separately.
Do you integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes. Every plan includes two-way QuickBooks Online sync, so invoices and payments stay reconciled automatically without double entry.
Can my crews use Estima in the field?
Yes. The Estima Crew mobile app installs straight from the browser — no app store needed — and shows each crew their own routes and jobs for the day, even offline. It's included free on every package, with no per-crew fees.
What add-ons are available?
Four: Website Leads, AI Lead Replies, Site Media, and Text Messaging. Website Leads ($49/mo) sends every lead from your website straight into Estima — instant office alerts, site-visit scheduling with Google Calendar sync, and follow-up tracking. AI Lead Replies (+$29/mo) is an upgrade to Website Leads rather than a standalone: it answers new leads within minutes in your company's voice, holding overnight arrivals until your quiet hours end. Site Media ($39/mo, 250 GB included) lets you capture photos, voice notes, and video at the walkthrough, keep them next to the estimate, and share the ones your crew needs. Text messaging is coming soon: visit confirmations, day-before reminders, and job-done updates by SMS from your own local number.
